BT-K4531C unreachable frequently

I have been experiencing the lost connection issue with the Netatmo BT-K4531C, and this problem has occurred multiple times.

When HomeKit shows “No Response,” I open the Home+ Control app and find that the BT-K4531C is marked as “unreachable.” However, tapping “Retry” restores it to normal.

Other devices in the same setup, such as the BT-K4003C, never had  this issue. How can I prevent this problem from happening?

You could try to reset your device and re-associate it to your gateway (reset button on the front of the device : https://dar.bticino.com/asset/Documents/F02734EN_00.pdf)

If it still doesn’t work, you must contact directly the Customer support of your country
