Can’t assign devices to double wireless switches

Greetings and happy holidays to everyone!

 

I have had my system with many smart plugs, switches (wireless and not, single and double) up and running without major issues for many months.

 

Perhaps it is irrelevent but I’m going to post some history for context reasons:
I recently purchased two additional double wireless switches, which were succesfully connected and upgraded to their latest firmware (version 47) as the old ones. I assigned my desired devices to them and everything was working fine… until a couple of weeks back, when I decided to reassign some devices between them.

When I select the double wireless switch in the home + control app and tap to select which devices are going to be controlled by the left (or the right) button of the switch, I don’t get the list of my available devices, just a blank page with a blue Confirm button at the bottom. If I press confirm it’ll delete my current device assignment with no way to restore it.
This behavior is the same with all my wireless double switches, both new and old, but the issue doesn’t appear on my wireless single switches.

 

I expect that it is a bug – Is there anything I can do to get my double switches working as intended again?

Hello Argyrios,

It looks like a bug in the application for me. The best is to contact directly your local Customer Support by giving them : the email address of your Netatmo end-user account, the iOS or Android version of your smartphone, the Home + Control application version

They’ll be able to forward this to the teams for investigation
