BT K4003C firmware upgrade

What doas the status 0x96 means? how can I solve the problem?</p><p>In the past I was able to upgrade the firmware on this device (and 30 other)</p><p>Thanks</p><p>Marco</p>

<p>Hi, I’m one step behind you. How do you compare the version reported by Deconz, in my case 0x003D45FF, with what is reported on Legrand website (for example, 77). Thanks!</p>

<p>Hello Mario, </p><p>the key is the second byte of the sw version. In your case Hex 3D is 61 DEC. Legrand site reports versions in decimal.</p><p>P.S. I just noticed that in my original post I incorrectly wrote 66 as my target upgrade version, while it should be read 65 (HEX 41 is 65 DEC, and 65 is the latest available version of <span style=”background-color: #f3f3f3; color: #111111; font-family: ‘Source Sans Pro’, sans-serif; font-size: medium;”>Light switch with neutral</span></p>
