Hello,
We sometimes have problems if you try to access first the backend domain before the WordPress one. It seems to work correcty on my side if :
- Open your browser in private navigation and click the Sign-in button here : https://developer.legrand.com/works-with-legrand/
- click on “Register or log in” and fill-in your credentials
- once correctly logged-in click on My account > My applications

<p>which browser are working for you?<br /><br />In my cas, Chrome and Edge not working: when i click on ‘MyApplication’ it redirect me to the login page</p><p> </p><p>thank you</p>
Strange, I managed to reproduce it after 5/6 tries to get this token error
Can you re-try 1 or 2 times by :
- using Chrome in private navigation mode
- follow the connection process from my previous message
- close the private navigation page and open a new private one before re-try
Meanwhile, I’ll ask the team to check this

<p>I’m having the same problem. After login, I can’t view the “my application” page, apparently due to an expired token. How can I fix it?</p><p>Thanks</p>

<p>Hi Leslie,<br />Yes, I tried, but it doesn’t work.<br />Before writing my message, I tried all the suggested steps, but without success.<br /><br />:(</p>
Hi again Roberto,
We just performed some more tests with one of our developers, but we didn’t manage to reproduce the problem. It’s very likely that a cookie is still in cache and can’t be erased
Could you try to :
- delete both cookies and site data related to developer.legrand.com
- completely close the web browser
- rebooting the computer could be useful too
Have a good day,
Leslie – Community Manager
