Unable to create a New application to use API

<p>Hello, when i try to open the ‘My Application’ module the site still freezed or redirect me to the login page.</p><p>The issue is verified from different browser and devices… please, can you fix?</p><p>could be a problem with autenthication token exchange between the site pages?</p><p> </p><p>thank you</p>

Hello,

We sometimes have problems if you try to access first the backend domain before the WordPress one. It seems to work correcty on my side if :

  • Open your browser in private navigation and click the Sign-in button here : https://developer.legrand.com/works-with-legrand/
  • click on “Register or log in” and fill-in your credentials
  • once correctly logged-in click on My account > My applications

Strange, I managed to reproduce it after 5/6 tries to get this token error

Can you re-try 1 or 2 times by :

  • using Chrome in private navigation mode
  • follow the connection process from my previous message
  • close the private navigation page and open a new private one before re-try

Meanwhile, I’ll ask the team to check this
