Logging a support ticket?

The best is to send a message to your local customer support : https://qna.legrand.com/hc/en-001/p/contact-us. They will be able to redirect it to the relevant contacts

Thanks for the feedback, seems like AU/NZ area changed the URL for the contact form. I fixed it. It’s now : https://www.legrand.com.au/en/about-us/customer-support

I already have a general internal ticket where I report all the HomeKit issues cases, I added your case 🙂

But it would be better if you also send a message to the local support to explain the problem + by providing them your Netatmo end-user account email address

I also added in the attachment a file with some steps to check in case of problems. I don’t know if it will be useful for your problem but I invite you to check
