OTA Process

Sorry I put a comment here https://developer.legrand.com/forums/topic/nlt-nld-ota-update-process/ as I didn’t find the way to create a new topic.

But now, I found it. So happy to go this way

I’m using a Zigbee Gateway with the Zigbee For Domoticz plugin. Until a while they were no issue to OTA upgrade any Legrand/Netatmo devices such as Cable Connect, Switch …

Today we are trying to upgrade a Cable connect from 13 to 39 version (retreived on Legrand site). All the OTA firmware process works well. It finished with the Zigbee Upgrade End Response message.

However, the device, still behave as before, and especially when quering Cluster 0x0000, Attribute 0x4000 I still get the previous version.

I found someone in the forum talking a Legrand OTA post-upgrade. Would it be possible to have some insight please ?

Leslie,

Thanks very much. If needed I can share a Wireshark, of the all OTA.
At the end everything goes well, but the device still query the old version :-(

Hi Patrick,

Yes, a wireshark capture would be great 🙂

Can you please send it via the WWL contact email ?
