Third party OTA firmware update
<p>I’m using the L4500c Zigbee gateway and have a couple of third-party RGB lights connected to it. I was wondering if there’s an OTA firmware update procedure for third-party devices in H+C. Otherwise, how did you think it would work?</p><p>thanks</p>
Hi Andrea,
No, you can only update Legrand/Bticino devices when they are linked to our gateway. These updates are automatic, otherwise you must set your Legrand/Bticino devices in ZigBee 3.0 mode if you want to manage them (so, using a Zigbee 3.0 hub, and not our gateway and Home + Control app)
To update 3rd party devices, you must take a look at the documentation from their respective manufacturers
