MQTT instability with NLIS 067772

I’m desperately trying to resolve Zigbee2MQTT communication issues with Legrand 067772 double wired switches (with neutral). They work perfectly for a short time right after pairing, but very quickly they start becoming randomly reachable/unreachable.

My objective—which seems extremely basic to me—is:

-
to be able to send a command via Zigbee2MQTT to the switch, and

-
to have Zigbee2MQTT reliably receive a message when the switch is used physically.

At the moment, a physical press may report immediately, with a delay of several seconds, or not at all.
Conversely, sending a command via MQTT sometimes triggers an immediate reaction, or sometimes results in a timeout with an error like:

Error: ZCL command 0x00047400002f0e54/1 genOnOff.off({}, {"timeout":10000,"disableResponse":false,"disableRecovery":false,"disableDefaultResponse":false,"direction":0,"reservedBits":0,"writeUndiv":false}) failed (Timeout - 4767 - 1 - 171 - 6 - 11 after 10000ms)

Or No Active endpoints errors

I’d like to emphasize that Zigbee mesh quality is not the issue: many other devices work perfectly on the same network (including Legrand 067797 and other 067772 units).

This behavior makes these switches unusable for my setup.

Thank you in advance for any guidance or recommendations (firmware behavior, configuration parameters, known issues, etc.).
