<p class=”isSelectedEnd”>Hey all,</p><p class=”isSelectedEnd”>I have a BTicino MH202 setup and I’m trying to retrieve the current configuration from the device because I no longer have the original project file.</p><p class=”isSelectedEnd”>I downloaded MyHOME Suite, added the MH202 to a new project, saved it, and then tried to receive the configuration from the device.</p><p class=”isSelectedEnd”>The download/receive process itself seems to complete successfully, but afterward I get an error saying that the application cannot manage or save data in the Windows AppData folder. Because of this, the project is not saved correctly.</p><p class=”isSelectedEnd”>I already tried running the software in administrator mode, but the issue still remains.</p><p class=”isSelectedEnd”>Has anyone experienced this issue before or knows how to fix it?</p><p>Sorry for the screenshots being in German.</p>
