Unable to reset my Celiane BP via Netatmo 067773

<p>Hello</p><p> </p><p>I’m unable to reset my Celiane by Netatmo 067773 button. </p><p>I updated the firmware in Home Connect.</p><p>When I press the button, the red LED lights up after 8 seconds, but it no longer flashes green.</p><p>I’ve tried a new battery, removed the old one, waited an hour, and reinserted the battery, but nothing has worked.</p><p>The gateway is in pairing mode (I also tried unplugging it).</p><p> </p><p>Is there a solution, or is the button faulty?</p><p> </p><p>Thank you for your help.</p>

Concerning what I see on my side, your gateway is up but your Home/Away switch is in “Unknown” mode. It was surely removed from the gateway network, you have to put it back in your network first. And it’s surely why you’re not able to pair your 067773 button

And concerning firmware updates, they are automatically done when linked to the Legrand gateway. There is no way to launch them by yourself
