<p>Dear,<br /><br />I’m subscribed in the developer portal, but when making/validating/submitting my apllication I always get the “You aren’t authorized to create/update application data! If you think you should be authorized, try to sign out and then sign in before trying again.”.<br />Nothing seems to solve this, neither does logging in and out.<br /><br />What can I do to solve this issue?<br />Kind regards</p>

It depends on the devices. If you talk about the first generation of video door entry systems (C100X16E and C300X13E, only working with their native Bticino Door Entry apps), there are indeed no available API for third-party systems
