Information about consumption

When getting a module consumptions through the “Get plug’s consumptions” API for instance, the response seems to be a series of Wh measures in the past, but without the latest hours.

– Can you tell if the timestamps are UTC or in the local timezone ?
– Can you explain which measures set are available depending on the time the API is called ?
– How often the measures are updated to be available ?

Maybe it is explained somewhere, in that case I missed it.

Hi,

To answer your questions :

– Can you tell if the timestamps are UTC or in the local timezone ? <= data are displayed in UTC
– Can you explain which measures set are available depending on the time the API is called ? <= I’m not sure to well understand your question, but all data displayed by the API are available no matter when you call the API
– How often the measures are updated to be available ? <= you can retrieve the last 24h measures. They are updated each hour

If I try the API now (the 3/04 at 1:13 pm CET so 11:13 UTC), I retrieve consumptions from 2/04 10:30am to 3/04 5:30am, so I am not getting the last 24h measures. The latest ones are missing…

I am guessing that consumptions are updated per batch to be available to the API ?

Hi,

To keep you informed :

It’s indeed due to the batch. The teams are warned, it will be corrected as soon as possible
