I installed new X8002, my plant id is  000000005cb31632de151319008b48e6

I enabled in my app the heater info

But the API Get all plant’s modules status returns empty heater

Same response for retrive heater ID.

The API part for this new device is not available for now, the teams are still working on it

So it’s normal that you don’t retrieve info via API, we will warn once it will be fully integrated

Any news for today? I am integrating your solution into the voice assistant service. I would like to know at least a list of heater operating modes. Is this list universal or may the lists differ for different devices?

Hello,

The API is still under construction. It will be available on Netatmo Connect

Normally, it should accept following modes :

• “schedule” mode in which the home will follow the user schedule
• “away” mode which will put the whole house to away (default is 12° but can be changed by the user in its settings)
• “hg” corresponds to frostguard mode

It should be the same for all heaters. But as the API is still not released, I can’t guarantee you that these modes will not change
