I don’t have this issue on my side

According to the documentation, 470 error is “Official application terms and conditions expired: terms and conditions for Thermostat official app are expired”. So, it seems to only impact Thermostat application

Can you please try to clean the cache of your application and, if it still doesn’t work, reinstall it ?

Same error on you API test site and on anther user with my software and his credential

Strange … I retrieve a correct OK 200 response via the Try It with the GET /plants method

You app configuration on Azure seems to be OK too

I ask my Italian colleagues if they have an idea about what is happening and I tell you when I know more

Solved, error with iOs app, but with Android app I had updated my data.

I started with iOs app Thermostat iPhone XS 13.6.1

1) Open setting -> accepted term and conditition but no luck. Error on comunication

2) Logout -> Login. Same stituation.

Go on my other phone, Xiaomi Mi 8

1) Logout -> Login -> accepted terms and conditions = SUCCESS.

Retested on you site and now 200 response.
