client_id and client_secret email not received

Dear All,

I just created an application that I can see it is approved under “my applications”.

I should’ve received an email from legrand with the approval notify and also the client_id and client_secret which are vital to make this application work but I did not receive the email.

The application was created a couple of weeks ago.

How can I receive the client_id and client_secret?

I’m in charge with applications approval. The email is automatically sent. Please check your spams

If you still don’t find the email, please write to me via the contact form with your client_id in order me to renew your client_secret : https://developer.legrand.com/contact

Hello! Please tell me how long it will take to receive the Legrand activation key.
