Wired Three Gang Arteor with Netatmo Switch – app issue
Good Day All,
I have had a three gang switch added to my system which up till then consisted of a starter kit only.
All three switches work perfectly at the switch and one of the switches works perfectly in the legrand and homekit apps. The other two don’t. They are out of sequence in that both the legrand and homekit say the circuit is on when it isn’t.
I have to press the app (either app) buttons twice for that status to change. I can get it to be in sequence with a little fiddling but within 30 minutes it will revert back to circuits on in the app.
Could this be a wiring or set up issue?

Hello Paul,
I asked the teams about this product as we don’t have for the moment a triple-connected switch. So, it seems to be 3 independent modules on a unique plate. This being said, you should normally see 3 different switches in your Home + Control application and manage them the same way
It can be indeed a wiring issue, in this case, I advise you to contact the Customer Support of your country
