What if I’d need to connect 2 intercoms from 2 different houses to the same Door-entry app?

The Door Entry apps (C100x, C300X, …) don’t manage multi homes
The solution is to have 2 different accounts for your 2 homes, install 1 videoportal to 1 account, and to switch between them at authentication
