Home disappeared from HomeControl app

After the problems of last few days, my home Configuration completely disappeared from  the app. In the last days it complained about the gateway not reachable but now it has disappeared completely, as well as all the connected products. Any clue?

Are you talking about Home + Control application with a Legrand gateway ?

Are you sure to use the correct Netatmo end-user account where your devices are linked ? You can verify by going in menu > My account

If yes, send me an email via the contact form with the email address of the account and I’ll check in database

I sent you the details.

Problem solved. It appears the electrician whom installed the system was still a guest user of my home and yesterday decided to delete me from my own home. He has now re-invited me in and I then I deleted him 🙂 ! All is up and running flawlessly .
