why if your server is down i’m totally unable to use all my bticino ecosystem ?

I suppose you are talking about Home + Control solution. Netatmo server was down, avoiding to access the Cloud and perform remote requests via the application. Your installation still continues to work locally in case of server issue

When servers are down, communication between your installation and Netatmo’s Cloud infrastructure can’t work. So, actions done via the application will not work – you’ll get an error, or the application will not open on your smartphone -. By “locally”, I mean that you can still turn ON/OFF your lights for example with a physical push on switches. But of course you must be at home
