API Rate limit

Hi, I have many Legrand entities in my householde, along with many Netatmo units. I’m managing and controlling them all through Home Assistant. The many units has cost me quite a bit, purchased over time.
Lately, I’m more and more often seeing an error message from Home Assistant that it cannot control an entity (device) because I’ve hit an API rate limit with Netatmo (Legrand?).
This happens on very “normal” days with no exceptional use of devices. Other days I have no such problems.
All other devices in my household works just fine all the time (ZigBee, Z-Wave, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Matter etc.) so there’s no general network issues.
I have two questions:

1. How/where can I find a history of my recent API calls for analysis?

2. How can I increase the limit (by payment or otherwise)?

Rgds

Hello,
We are aware of this problem. It comes from a specific 429 “concurrency limit” error we send when too many requests are received on a global scale. A retry is automatically done 5 seconds after this error is received, but in some cases the server is still unable to respond and doesn’t execute the command
I’m currently discussing with the Netatmo teams to know in which way we could delete – or at least be more permissive – with the concurrency limits to fix the problem
It only concerns 3rd party apps calls, commands sent via the native apps are not involved in this process
Have a good day,

That’s good to know. Many thanks for your quick reply.

I can acknowledge that it is only related to 3rd party apps (Home Assistant Netamo Integration, in my case). The Home&Control app on my Samsung Phone works while HA fails.

I hope it will be fixed soon.

Have a good day,

Oyvind
