Is there a way of an application to be notified of changes in device state ?

or is the application required to poll for status ?

Example would be we develop a custom App for control of the Legrand system, and would like to be notified when the user changes the state of lights from a different App, or physical device – to ensure that our App is kept in sync with the actual state of the system

Unfortunately, we don’t provide states changes via webhook, and polling to get real-time sync is not possible because of the 500 calls per day and per end-user

What is the call limit for a certified application once developed ?

What do you call “a certified application” ? For third-parties, the calls limit remain 500

We sometimes apply more quota for Partners apps, are you in contact with somebody at Legrand/Bticino about it ?
