BT K4003C firmware upgrade

What doas the status 0x96 means? how can I solve the problem?</p><p>In the past I was able to upgrade the firmware on this device (and 30 other)</p><p>Thanks</p><p>Marco</p>
<p>Hi, I’m one step behind you. How do you compare the version reported by Deconz, in my case 0x003D45FF, with what is reported on Legrand website (for example, 77). Thanks!</p>
<p>Hello Mario, </p><p>the key is the second byte of the sw version. In your case Hex 3D is 61 DEC. Legrand site reports versions in decimal.</p><p>P.S. I just noticed that in my original post I incorrectly wrote 66 as my target upgrade version, while it should be read 65 (HEX 41 is 65 DEC, and 65 is the latest available version of <span style=”background-color: #f3f3f3; color: #111111; font-family: ‘Source Sans Pro’, sans-serif; font-size: medium;”>Light switch with neutral</span></p>

<p>Hi,</p><p>Using ZHA in Home Assistant i was able to upgrade several of legrand connected devices. the only ones i’m not able to upgrade are the remote switches (NLT) and i’m not the only one. it seems to be problematic with the way Legrand implemented the OTA mechanism in NLT devices. </p>
