Hi Leslie

I have several k4027c that do a click over now and then. I didn’t notice a particular time this happens. This is the same click they do few seconds after the shutters finish moving. I guess this is the relay stopping being energized. But why do it when the shutters are not in use?

Good question ! I asked the teams but they didn’t notice it or had similar feedbacks from users

I opened an internal ticket, I hope I’ll get an answer but not sure about this. Maybe it’s checking the connection with the Gateway ? With the current firmware it also makes the load detection more robust against electrical perturbations to avoid “unavailable” status in app. The “click” is maybe linked to it

I checked on my side, I don’t see any problems with the NLL devices from your installation
