Compatibility of Philips Hue products
Greetings, I hope you are doing well 🙂
I have many netatmo products (plugs, switches (wireless and not), micromodules etc) connected to my netatmo / legrand gateway power outlet (firmware version 702). I recently added some philips hue bulbs to it and I couldn’t be more happy!
I decided to try and take things further and try to add a philips hue zigbee plug, without success. Are philips hue zigbee plugs compatible with my hub and if so how can I connect them? If not, could they be supported in the future?
Thank you for your time!
Hello Argyrios,
Happy to read you’re satisfied with our devices 🙂
The possibility to add ZigBee 3.0 plugs from other brands was studied, but unfortunately it was decided not to implement this feature – mainly, I think, because we sell our own plugs compatible with the Home + Control ecosystem –

Good morning! Thank you for your response!
I tried to search for outer smart plugs (I mean plugs that go into other plugs) that work with home+control with no luck. I recently acquired some furniture with build in lightning that I connected on a power strip. My goal is to control these lights through the app, separately one from the other from the home+control app.
I also considered micro-modules, but since the lightning uses 12-24V, I don’t think I can cut on the cable and just insert the micromodules (that use 220-230V).
Is there a smart power strip or an outer smart plug that I can plug on the strip in order to achieve the above?
Thanks again for your time!! Much appreciated!
Hello Argyrios,
We have a mobile plug compatible with the Home + Control ecosystem (example here in French standard : https://www.legrand.fr/pro/catalogue/prise-mobile-connectee-celiane-with-netatmo-16a-1-circuit-3680w-on-off-et-mesure-puissance-graphite)
I advise you to ask the question to your local customer support to know which reference you would need. Concerning micromodules, you could also ask the question to know if they have a solution in mind
