I have Bticino wireless switches and I’ve been installing it many of my clients houses. I’ve noticed that since firmware version 901 of the gateway, random devices keep disappearing from the gateway, it’s like they are completely disconnected. I’ve seen that in all my clients houses including my own.

I’ve managed to connect them back  after resetting the switch and reconnect it via the traditional way but it’s very inconvenient, you need to rename, relocate and put them back in scenes and automations in Home + Control or Apple HomeKit.

Indeed, this bug is already identified by the teams. It will be corrected in the next gateway release v.1001 (it should soon arrive, but I don’t have for now an availability date)

The update of the Legrand gateway will be automatic. You’ll just have to wait for it to be performed

Also, valena next netatmo in version 901 goes to pairing mode automatically (green status) and adds unwanted devices that finds nearby (zigbee). Will it also be fixed in v.1001 ? It is very annoying.

I don’t find any infos about gateways being automatically in pairing mode without user’s interaction

You should contact directly the customer support of your country by providing them :

• your end-user account email address
• more info if you have them about this behaviour (when does it happen, since when, does the pairing mode closes after 15 minutes, …)

Thanks for the quick answer. When is firmware v.1001 being released?

The progressive deployment just started yesterday. If it’s OK and if no rollback is needed, you’ll be able to automatically get it between now and the 12/03
