Dimmer with neutral wrong behaviour

Good evening.
Some time ago, I retired the Bticino Gateway, and installed a Home Assistant, and connected all my Bticino Livingnow components to ZHA.
I connected succesflly 11 NLL (K4003C, switch with neutral), 2 DIN power consumption Module (Legrand 412015), 3 NLP (K4141C, connected outlets) and 2 NLFN (K4411C, dimmer with neutral).
This last two have an annoying behaviour. All the home switchs work with a toggle behaviour, if press the upper button, either turns on or off, and the same for the lower button. But the two dimmers have an on-off behaviour. The lower button is for turn on, the upper button for turn off.
I tried all the firmware versions that I found in internet (41, 39, 38, 34 and 32), but all have the same behaviour. Before, with the Bticino Gateway (KG4501C), the dimmers acts in the same way as the switches. Now, have a diferent mode of using 11 switches, and another with the other two.
It’s possible to change this behaviour. I don’t need an official release, if you can send me a zigbee firmware for OTA these dimmers, that’s ok for me. But at home, it’s not an option that have to remember which buttons act as a toggle, and which act as on or off.
Many thanks for your atention an possible answer.

Hi Daniel,
The toggle mode for NLFN devices is a Legrand specific behavior when used in the native Legrand gateway network. Unfortunately, on third-party gateways this behavior can’t be changed. It can only work in ON/OFF mode

Good evening, Leslie,
I understand, it’s OK, but I have another 11 switches, in this case K4003C, that behave in the oposite way. The 11 switches behaves like a toggle, and the 2 dimmers, behave like on-off.
If there isn’t a way of use the dimmers like a toggle button, is there any way to use the 11 switches like on-off?
The main problem is that, in a home, all the switches in the wall have to behave the same way, regardless they are dimmers or switches.
Please, try to help me. There is a lot of money and trust put in Legrand group products in this installation.
Many thanks,
Greetings.

Hello Daniel,
I talked about this with the Netatmo teams, here is in a nutshell the answer when using Z3.0 mode :
- NLFN devices act in ON/OFF mode (they only act in toggle mode when linked to a Magellan gateway) and the behavior can’t be changed
- NLL devices act in toggle mode and the behavior can’t be changed
We are a bit suprised concerning the behavior, so I wrote a ticket to our Legrand internal support to ask if there is an existing hardware alternative or a possibility to think about a modification of the behavior of the firmware. They ask me to provide them with the 2 information :
- Concerning NLL firmware, did you try the latest available version (v.67) ?
- We noticed a problem where when a dimmer switch is linked to a Z3.0 network, it automatically configures in dimmer mode. Did you notice this behavior on your side ?
I’ll forward your answers and I’ll warn you once I know more. But unfortunately I don’t have for now a satisfactory solution to offer
Have a good day,
