Door Entry app as calling Appl in Stores

Hi,

I seen an issue about notification/classification for incoming call on Door Entry – just notification on iPhone instead of Call screen. So a lot of time Door entry user miss the call due to the type of application classification. Could you request to Apple that door entry will be announced as Calling App ?

Hello Jean-Henri,

I don’t know if it’s an issue on our side or Apple’s side. I advise you to send a message to the Customer Support of your country by telling them the exact device (C100X, C300X, …) and your iOS + Door Entry app versions

They will be able to forward it to the correct contacts for investigation

It’s a bad development… not Apple thing. Legrand need to update the app and use Call SDK instead of notification and need to fix some problems with calls detection on iPhone with app opened
