Hi!

I have several products from Legrand and Ticino and have a couple of issues I will try to enumerate:

1. I bought a wireless switch and plug kit. It is working but the wireless witch is stuck at firmware 30 and doesn’t update;
2. a couple of weeks ago, I started receiving a notification on the settings of the App saying: “complete your installation, you have 1 step left”. But when I click on start, I have an option to place the the product in a room but it is empty, with no products.
3. I have an Ecometer with the 5 lines plugged and if I go to to the device itself, I can check instantaneous consumption. However, I can’t see instantaneous consumption on the H+C App. Why is this? The H+C only shows instantaneous consumptions form the other Legrand devices, like plugs or lights with power associated with the load. The Kecometer is firmware 18.
