homekit not responding and cannot re-add gateway
<p><span style=”color: #222222; font-family: Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: small;”>Hi, on November 25 2025 at approx 8:50pm ET my HomeKit was not communicating with any of my Legrand switches. All my homekit devices said not responding. The home + control app works and is able to control my switches. I removed the gateway from HomeKit and tried to re-add homekit following steps in both the Home+Control app as well as in Apple home app directly but it keeps failing. The home + control app keeps giving an error message saying HomeKit accessory cannot be found. The Apple home app says that the gateway is already added to another home and needs to be reset. Could you please help?</span></p>

You should try first a HomeKit reset : https://support.legrand.com/hc/en-us/articles/19082280208914-How-do-I-reset-my-Gateway-and-HomeKit
Beware to stop pushing the reset button as soon as it blinks briefly in red, otherwise it will perform a full reset of the installation
