Legrand 741801 (master home/away switch) in Zigbee mode

Hi,

the home/away master switch with reference 741801 is listed as Zigbee 3.0 compatible in the following table:

https://static.developer.legrand.com/files/2023/02/NLT-devices.xlsx

but I can’t make it join my Zigbee network following the instructions

https://developer.legrand.com/local-interoperability/#How%20it%20works

I have two units, one was bundled with the starter pack (gateway Legrand 741800) and the second one was bought independently. None of them join my existing Zigbee network where there are other 22 Legrand devices.

The switch bundled with the starter pack, after reseting pressing EZ button >20 seconds, flashes ~25 times in green and finally one in red. It does not join the open network.

The independent switch always flashes two times in green and one in red regardless the button combination pressed. It does not join the open network.

What is the correct procedure to bind this product to a third party Zigbee gateway?

Hello,

I also can’t connect it to a third party. Is this device a normal ZigBee device?

Hello,

(sorry for the delay, I didn’t see the first message)

I asked the question to the teams, according to them this device is ZigBee 3.0 compatible

Is it possible for you to send me a wireshark capture via this email ? We’ll then be able to investigate further

Have a good day,
