Login Third Part App on Thermostat

<p>Hello,<br />I’m having trouble connecting my account to a third-party app on the Thermostat App. I’m logged in, then I go to Account → Third-party access, create the credentials and enter them. After that, the app goes back to the page that warns about third-party access, loads for a while, and then shows the error “Operazione fallita”.<br /><br />I’ve tried on both iPhone and Android, and the app is updated to the latest version. The device is in italian.</p>

Sorry for the delay in my answer, the teams had to investigate

They found the problem and are currently pushing a new version for Thermostat app (1.3.8) that fixes this issue. It’s now released for about 50% of users, if it’s still not the case you will get the update in the next few days

Thanks for the feedback. Indeed, I performed some tests and it still fails on iOS. It seems to be OK on Android. I warned the teams and they are currently taking a look at this. I’ll tell you once I know more

Hmm … seems like the 1.3.8 version has the problem. On Android with the 1.2.5 version it’s OK (I didn’t get the update for now). Anyway, I warned the teams and sent them your video 🙂

They found the problem and will deploy a 1.3.9 app version to fix it. But it needs to go in test lab first, and they don’t have for now any visibility about a release date in Production

If you want, we can let you use the 1.3.9 beta iOS version via testflight. If it’s the case, can I send you an invitation email via the email address of your Works with Legrand account ?

No, I didn’t notice it on my side, but I’m not a huge user of this app. The best way to report it is to send an email to Bticino support : https://professionisti.bticino.it/contatti. They will be able to create an internal ticket for the developers
