Hey

We own a Bticino myhomeserver1 and it worked very will untill a few weeks ago. No i cannot connect.

i can ping the thing but i always get the message “no detected gateway”.

i have pressed the reset buttons fast. problem not solved. I have pressed the reset for a very long time 20 sec. Problem still there. Is there a other hard reset way?

Can someone help me, i would like te have the damn thing up and running again 🙂

Hi Alexander,

You maybe had an update of your MHS1 that leads to the problem. The best solution is to contact the Customer Support of your country and explain the problem to them (with the firmware version you have if possible)
