NLV K4027 Issue with Calibration: Reset Calibration Time
Hi,
I’m struggling with the calibration of my shutter. Unfortunately with any calibration mode the shutter does not reach the maximum opening position. I tried classic (only nllv), specific (only nllv) and up/down/stop. I also tried to execute reset to factory defaults through Zigbee command without success. I even tried with traditional Home+Control and it does not work.
This happened after I repaired my devices. Basically, my shutters are down of about 5/10 cm to the end.
Is there any undocumented Zigbee cluster/command/attribute that let me reset the time the shutter takes to open/close?
I’d like to avoid to reset and repair the devices.
Thanks
Have a good day

Hi Leslie,
thanks a lot for your quick response.
Unfortunately it does not provide any support to fix the issue.
Can you share my issue to the tech department? Reading your posts sometime they can give further support.
Thanks
Have a nice day
Hi again,
I forwarded them your message, but I fear that their answer will be that it’s not possible. Regarding the problem, it seems more like a mechanic issue
More info pour f006 & f007 :

Hi Leslie,
I don’t think it’s mechanical. I’ve 21 shutters, 5 of them have been repaired and calibrated. As of the last calibration they don’t go up to maximum position.
In addition, I’d like to ask you (I’ve opened another thread for this matter) if you can upload the lastest firmware version for all your devices and related documentation. I noticed that the excel files uploaded to your website are not as completed as the table you just provided with value detail for instance.
Thansk a lot
So, I answer here to your other post : I have a meeting next week with the developers to update the firmware list. If your device is not yet at NLLx v.65 you could try to update and see if it solves the problem
Concerning the clusters documentation I’ll see if I find a better way to provide an updated version, as it would be a nightmare for me to update these files 1 by 1

Hi Leslie,
Have you completed the meeting? Is there any chance we could get updated and enriched documentation, along with all the latest versions of the firmware?
Additionally, if you don’t mind, could you share with the community the documentation of the pairing process (all the zigbee messages) of Legrand/Bticino devices with the Legrand Gateway?
Some devices cannot be successfully paired, for example with zigbee2mqtt, and I would like to enhance the implementation of your devices in open-source projects.
This would be greatly beneficial for the open-source community.
Truly appreciate your support.
Hi Alex,
I just updated today the firmware list with the latest Production versions
Concerning the documentation, I asked the question to the concerned teams

You’re wonderful! Thanks a lot! Could you also include the changelogs?
It would be fantastic if you manage to upload all the documents! Your products are functioning well, but they occasionally lack some information needed for full integration into open source gateways. Fingers crossed!
Hello Alex,
Concerning the pairing process, here is the answer from the developers :
“The standard pairing should work correctly and is actively used by our professional 3rd party gateway integrators. The only detail to keep in mind is to well know that a short push on the reset button is needed to launch the pairing process. For other actions, it follows standard ZigBee processes
If ZigBee users of our devices are facing specific problems, we can take a look at it if they share their ZigBee captures with a description of the problem.”
And concerning changelogs, it’s also an other story :D. Netatmo doesn’t provide me anymore with “readable” changelogs, so I’ve only access to technical ones (unreadable + a nightmare for me to check files 1 by 1). I warn them once more that it would be nice to have them back

Hi Leslie,
I noticed that NLV device is not the latest version. I’ve devices updated through Legrand Gateway that are updated to version 65 whereas you uploaded version 61.
Would you mind to upload the latest one?
Thanks a lot
Hi Alex,
Don’t you mean the NLLV (which indeed is on NLL – 65 firmware version) ? Currently we are deploying the NLV – 62 version (less than 10% for now)
Please note that I do a bulk update of the Zigbee fw only every 2 months

Hi Leslie,
I’ve several devices updated through official Legrand Gateway updated to 0x41 (dec 65) firmware version.
Do you have any idea?
Thanks
Have a good day
Hi Alex,
If it’s in v.65 your devices are NLLV cloud type and not NLV ones
I could check if you have one of these devices linked to the Legrand gateway and if you send me your end-user email address via the contact form
