no subscription found
Hi all, I’m trying to integrate X8000 into my home assistant installation. Following the support documentation I expect to find the only one subscrition item STARTER KIT but I can’t find any subscription on the API list page. I tried from my account or Documentation link. Please see the image where the list is empty.

Hi Pietro,
I see that you are not logged in in the backoffice part of the website. The authentication is a bit “buggy” for a few days
The best is to delete all cache/cookies from your web browser from the .legrand domains (or better, use private navigation). Then authenticate here : https://developer.legrand.com/works-with-legrand/ and click on List of APIs > Subscriptions
If you have the “My account” with an arrow in the upper corner of https://portal.developer.legrand.com/, it means that you are correctly authenticated
