<p>Good morning,</p><p>I have a Bticino LivingNow branded Legrand Gateway (KG4501C) 2 years ago. with 11 connected switches (K4003C), two connected dimmers (K4412CM2), two connected outlets (KG4141AC) and two current meters (412015).<br />I connected some Zigbee 3.0 lamps:</p><p>2 Lexman Enki CCT E14(IC-CDZFB2AC004HA-MZN) works without problem with Legrand H+C, HomeKit and Alexa and Google Home Skills<br />1 MiBoxer 3 en 1 LED stripe ZigBee 3.0 controller (<span class=”sku_wrapper detail-container”><span class=”sku”>E3-ZR) works without problem with Legrand H+C, HomeKit and Google Home Skill. With Alexa Skill, one time Alexa didn’t recognice as color and temperature adjustable (shows only temperature adjustable). I have to delete and add again the light.<br />And I use one E27 lamp, I tried some options:<br />Lexman Enki E27 RGBW 7,2W: </span></span>9CZA-A806ST-Q1A<br />Ikea Tradfri E27 RGBW 806 lum<br />Ledvance E27 RGB 9W 4058075729025<br />With all three the same problem.<br />I can add to Legrand Gateway, use it from Legrand H+C and HomeKit, but with the Alexa and Google Home skills, in the beggining, all it’s ok, but every one or two weeks, Alexa Skill detect the bulb as only CCT, I have to delete from and add again, sometimes this fix the problem, others not. With Google Home, normally don’t fail, but when it fails and detect the bulb as only CCT, the only way to fix is delete from the Gateway and add again.<br /><br />Any idea of what can be happening?<br />Many thanks in advance.<br /><br />Now I’m in 1102 firmware of the gategay, but the problem is from the begining, with 1001, 901, and older firmware versions…</p><p> </p>
