recent FW update change log

<p>Hi Leslie,</p><p>can you please provide whatever change log you have got regarding latest FW updates, especially NLT, NLLV and NLL.</p><p>I have got 50 devices on 3rd party hub and I want to know what I will gain once I update them</p><p>thank you!!</p>

Hello,

  • NLT – 82 : various bug fixes, no more precise info
  • NLL – 67 (including NLLV) :

🚀 What’s New

A new blink red led when the calibration is cancelled.

This new led effect inform the user that the calibration procedure has been cancelled.

Possibility to disable join boot from factory with proper led effect.

It is now possible to disable Join boot in factory for products ranges that do not want this feature (example: LNCA products). In this case, the led will be red when the device boots.

White led effect on firmware failure.

A 500 ms white blink can appear now but only when the device is crashing. So at least the diagnostic is easier when the user reports the issue.

Remove support of StartUpOnOff attribute.

The StartUpOnOff attribute cannot fully be supported as setting the on or off state depend on the load detection which may fail if the ramp-up is too long.

The default behavior of the product, which is to restore the previous state, remains the only behavior at boot

This can be a breaking change for using this StartUpOnOff attribute with a different value than 0xff (Set the OnOff attribute to its previous value.)

🩹 Bug Fixes

Wait longer before node descriptor request

This change is for third party gateways. When the devices joins a network, it now waits for 125ms after the join to ask for node descriptor.

Fix reporting on change setting

Third party gateways can now configure correctly the reporting on change only.

Fix stack version field in OTA images headers

Third party gateways using this field will not have an update in loop issue now that the stack version in the OTA header file matches the one declared by the firmware.

🧪 Other changes

Remove temperature measurement module

The temperature measurement was not reliable and not really used so this software module has been disabled.

Have a good day,
