Hi, i am still trying to get the token thing working and in the documentation about the token refresh is mentioned a refresh_code that is not mentined anyware else would you plase clarify Leslie ?

I think that that part of the document is wrong, code should be replaced with refresh_token and on the rightmost column refresh_code has to be replaced with refresh_token.
