Hi, for the past few days, the wireless command scenario has no longer been exposed to HomeKit in my system, and all my Bticino Living Now switches have a fixed green light. Are you aware of any changes?

I found this in our internal documentation concerning the green fixed LED problem :

“The problem is identified. I will be fixed in the next v.1001 gateway firmware release. Meanwhile, the customer can reset his wireless remote master switch Home/Away, this should restore the situation.”

Please note I don’t have any information about the release date for the gateway firmware

If you still face problems, I strongly invite you to contact directly your local customer support

Thanks. I think the workaround you are mentioning refers to the wireless switch issue and not the green light. I will try it!

Thanks. My gateway has been updated to 1001 but the Home\Away switch is still not present in HomeKit.

The workaround was for the LED light problem, I thought it would also fix the HomeKit problem as your installation seemed to be in a “weird” mode

On my side, I don’t have any problem to see the Home/Away switch in Homekit and to perform actions with it. And I didn’t find any other user ticket related to this

• Did you try to re-scan the HomeKit code of your Legrand gateway to see if it proposes to add an accessory ?
• In the native Home + Control app : do you have any orange banner talking about a potential problem, or a banner in the “Parameters” tab ?
• Can you send me the email address of the Netatmo account linked to the installation via the API contact form ?

Thanks, I sent my email using the form. I’ve tried to scan again the code of my Gateway and I don’t have any banners in Home+ Control app. I also noticed that in the app the Scenario Wireless command is not visible (I don’t remember if it was visible before). Thanks.
