<p>Hello</p><p>I own several LN4661M2 actuators.</p><p>As far as I’m aware, these devices should be advanced ones, supporting that specific frame to request/provide the current position of the shutter.</p><p>I tried to send that frame (using the OWN client) through an MH200N at first and then I tried an F453 as LAN gateways, but in both cases I got a NACK.</p><p>Writing dimension 11 (GoToLevel) didn’t work as well.</p><p>Any hints on where the issue may lie?</p><p>Thanks!</p>

I opened an internal ticket regarding your question. They will be able to tell if your hardware allows to do this, but I can’t guarantee that they could bring support if it’s about the request sending

Their answer was fast :

F453 is a very old gateway Myhome and it could be that it can not manage the OPEN frame with position for the shutter indicated (and the same is for MH200 but with the difference that MH200 is not a gateway Myhome)

In my opinion he should change this old gateway and put a recent gateway Myhome. For example Myhomeserver 1 (update it to the last firmware version) or F460 / or the new F461 (it can translate the SCS frame in open and viceversa and it is used for the integration OPEN-SCS)

<p>I just read another topic where you state that F460 doesn’t support OWN. </p><p>Why does the team recommend it since it’s not compatible?</p><p>Anyway, I guess my best option is an F461 at this point. </p>

Indeed you’re right, the F460 is not OWN compatible. I’ll warn the internal support about this mistake

I asked your question to the marketing team, unfortunately the Hometouch is not F461 compatible … for your usecase I only see a Myhomeserver1 gateway as a solution
