Time planning bug on X8002 Smarter 2

Hello,
I own 3 “X8002 Smarther 2” thermostats.
I have a problem with one of these thermostats, because although I have carried out the temperature planning for all three rooms where the thermostats are installed (Living room, Bathroom, double bedroom), the thermostat installed in the double bedroom does not carry out the planning correctly; it seems to follow the planning of another time zone (from further tests it seems that there is a difference of 4 hours between the time read by the Home + Control app and the time detected by the thermostat, as if a different time zone was set inside the thermostat); the correct temperature of the time zone appears on the application, while if I go directly to the thermostat to check, the set temperature is different.
I have tried to cancel and recreate the planning several times but the problem remains, always on that thermostat.
Even a complete reset did not solve the problem.
Do you have any idea how to solve it?

This issue seems to be due to your device and/or the Home + Control application

We only deal here with APIs (soon available for Smarther2). I advise you to contact directly the Customer Support of your country to get help
