Unable to Turn Off Radiator Valve in Home+Control App

Hello, I’m experiencing an issue with the Home+Control application regarding the radiator valve control. Previously, it was possible to turn off radiator valves completely using an “off” switch/button. However, this functionality is no longer available in the current version of the app. The radiator valve interface now only allows temperature adjustments via the circular dial, but there’s no option to completely switch off the valve as there was before. I used to rely on this “off” feature to manually control temporary shutdowns of specific radiators without having to modify the programmed schedules each time. This was very convenient for occasional adjustments (e.g., when a room isn’t being used for a day, when opening windows, etc.) while keeping my heating programs intact. Could you please: 1. Confirm if this is an intentional change or a bug. 2. Advise on how to temporarily turn off a radiator valve without modifying the schedule. 3. Let me know if this feature will be restored in a future update. This on/off toggle was a practical feature for quick manual overrides without affecting the automated programming. Thank you for your assistance.

Hi Gauthier,
I discussed with Netatmo teams, they would like to contact you directly. It seems like a bug on Android, they are investigating
Can you please send me a message via the contact form by giving me an email address to contact you ?

Hi Leslie, Thank you for your quick response and for discussing this with the Netatmo teams. Unfortunately, I’m unable to submit the contact form – I keep getting a “parsererror” message when trying to send it. However, my email address should be available directly on my forum profile. The Netatmo team should be able to contact me using that email. Alternatively, if needed, feel free to share my forum contact details with them directly, or let me know if there’s another way I can provide my email address. Thank you again for your help! Best regards, Gauthier
