Zigbee 3.0 Third party – Power On behavior

Hello, I am using the Legrand “Dooxie with Netatmo” starter pack to control the switches throughout my home, and I manage everything with the Home + Control app.

While most of my switches are from Legrand, the lighting in my IKEA kitchen is controlled by an IKEA TRÅDFRI driver. This driver is correctly paired with a Legrand switch, and I can successfully manage its ON/OFF state and brightness from the app.

However, I’ve encountered an issue after a power outage. When power is restored, the light always defaults to the ON state, even if it was OFF before the outage.

Would it be possible to add a feature in the Home + Control application to configure this power-on behavior, as specified in the Zigbee protocol? Specifically, the On/Off cluster (0x0006) includes the StartUpOnOff attribute, which allows setting the device’s state (Off, On, or previous state) after a power loss.

Implementing this feature would greatly improve the user experience when integrating third-party devices.

Thank you for your consideration.
