I have 7 Zigbee 3 24V RGBCCT controllers in my installation – F461 gateway firmware 702 and lights controlled by wireless switch BT-K4003CWI firmware 77.     They all worked correctly – on/off -bright/dim from the switch, color selection from Home+Control or Alexa for about 8 months.

All 7 started to have the same problem at the same time.

After turning on the light immediately turns off.   Turning on again the light stays on at full dim.    The selected color is kept.

On Aug 4, I re-paired all of them and they worked normally again until Aug 19 when the problem reoccurred.

Has anyone come across this problem and found a solution?

Hello Peter,

Seems like a hardware issue for me. I advise you to contact directly the Customer Support of your country by mentioning the brand and reference if possible of your LED lights + the email address of your Netatmo end-user account
