Hi,

I have a BTicino K4027C shutter switch with level control that I have connected to a third-party Zigbee gateway and Home Assistant. The current firmware version is 44. According to https://developer.legrand.com/local-interoperability/#Compatible%20products this device should be of “Cloud type” NLLV.

I do not see NLLV in the list of firmware files on https://developer.legrand.com/production-firmware-download/, but searching through this forum I found that NLLV is mentioned in the chang log under NLL here: https://developer.legrand.com/forums/topic/recent-firmware-updates/

Is the firmware file for NLL (currently version 61) compatible with device of cloud type NLLV?

If not, where can I find the firmware for my BTicino K4027C shutter switch with level control of type NLLV?

Hello Marco,

Indeed, the NLLV belongs to the NLLx family. So, you can use the NLL firmware to update your K4027C switch
