no more calls for my C2C Subscription
Hello, i’ve registered my applications 2 yers ago to get C2C notifications. It worked perfectly since now.
From yesterday (i’m not sure) i can’t see no notifications to my webook. I’ve tried to subscribe a new one but still no notifications if i switch on one of my thermostats (i have 3 bticino x8000).
My thermostat are connected to the internet ’cause i can hendle them with thermostat app.
Can you help me, please?

We noticed some problems on the X8000 webhooks a few days ago. The teams are still investigating to find the root cause and fix it

Sorry for the delay in my answer, it took time for the teams to find the problem. Apparently, the webhook sending quota limit has been lowered by mistake. They will soon deploy a hotfix to resolve it

The fix for the quota limit was pushed on Monday (we also put in place a monitoring for this, and everything seems OK). So apparently there is an other problem
I re-launched the teams on this subject to ask them to investigate
