Cannot create an application — “My Applications” never loads
<p>Hello, I cannot obtain OAuth2 credentials because the application creation page never loads. Developer account: st.langls@gmail.com Subscription: Starter Kit — subscribed successfully, keys received. Target API: Smarther legacy – v2.0 https://mysettings.developer.legrand.com/Applications/Owned never finishes loading. The “My Applications” menu entry does nothing when clicked, and /sso returns a blank page after sign-in. Tested in two browsers, two different failure modes: – Edge: infinite loading spinner, page becomes unresponsive – Chrome: completely blank page (no header, no footer) Ruled out on my side: – Browser extensions (same behaviour in a private window) – Wrong URL (the route does not return 404, unlike an invalid path) – Server availability (the host returns HTTP 200 in 0.2 s) I tried to report this through the contact form first, but: – the “Contact us” link in the portal footer is not clickable – the form at /contact/ fails on submission with “parsererror” Could someone either fix the access on my account, or create the application and send me the client_id and client_secret?
