About a subscription to events for a plant (Home + Control API)

I am integrating your solution into the voice assistant service. I want to know a little more about how event subscription works:
I believe that it is required to inform the URL, according to which changes will be received from your cloud by device, but I do not understand where to specify it. Or does this subscription work a little differently (kafka topic or something else)?
