HEllo!

I have a problem connecting the alarm art 3500 with a adsl (fiber to cabinet) .

I tried to connect the “tel line out” from the back of the unit , directly to the tel1 input of the back of the modem router (they says that the phones works only connected directtly to the modem router)

I see the “tel” led of the modem blinks when the 3500 make a call , but i didnt receive any call on my cell phone .

its 3500 obsolete?
