Hi

I have successfully created a Legrand developer account , and registered the subscriptions etc.

I have  successfully linked my dev account to my device (Doorbelll 300x) using the Third Party option from the mobile app(ios).

I get my plant id, and device id using the developer portal api ‘Try it.’

But when I try to open the lock (https://portal.developer.legrand.com/docs/services/classe-300x13e-v2/operations/Open-lock), using the portal using the try it button, I get a success result code but nothing hapens to the actual lock.

Does someone knows what I’m doing wrong ?

For the record, opening to door using the mobile Door Entry app works 😉

This API is a bit different from the others as you need to use the SDK in order to manage door locks : https://developer.legrand.com/documentation/doorentry-sdk-download/

All documentation is available in the .zip files

(For information, this call will never work via the Try-It for security reasons)
