Arteor Netatmo Fan controller
<p>Hi There</p><p>I have an arteor netatmo ecosystem at my house that, for the most part has been excellent. </p><p>I have had one of the smart fan controllers short on me to permanent 100% speed. Looks like a hardware failure of some sort. I had a spare which I swapped out, but now the new one won’t pair to the control app. It just doesnt see it at all. It functions perfectly fine at the switch, but is invisible to the app.</p><p>I have tried resetting it with the hidden button behind the speed selector but still no joy. As it’s a hardware/in-app problem, the best is to contact directly your local customer support : https://www.legrand.com.au/en/about-us/customer-support. Give them also the serial number of the switch
I see 3 devices in backend with an “Unknown” type. I’m pretty sure one of them is the NLH in a strange state, so that the gateway doesn’t correctly recognize it. As far as I know, resetting the switch is normally enough to put it back in the gateway network
